The glass ceiling
You train hard.
And yet you are standing still.
At your level, the volume of work is no longer what makes the difference. What counts is the quality of the eye on your game. And almost nobody offers you that.
The programme
One coach. One project. One objective: you.
A premium programme, built as a career project rather than a group class. Every session is designed for you, around your level, your matches, your frustrations and your ambitions.
- 30 sessions a year, from 90 minutes to 2 hours
- A dedicated senior coach, the same face all season
- Lotus method: 12 dimensions worked on in parallel
- Video analysis built in before and after the session
- Data tracking and a personal dashboard
- Career plan and transfer support

The Lotus Method
Twelve petals. One complete goalkeeper.
A goalkeeper is not just hands and feet. It is a head, a body, an environment, a life project. Each petal of the flower feeds the others — and that is what makes the real difference at the highest level.
Technical
Refining every movement, correcting the small flaws that cost goals.
Situational
Reading a phase of play before it happens. Anticipating instead of reacting.
Decision-making
Choosing the right option under pressure, in 0.3 seconds. The heart of the programme.
Tactical
Understanding your team's shape and finding your place in it as the first builder.
Physical
Explosiveness, recovery, managing effort across a long season.
Mental
Handling stress, doubt and mistakes. The most under-invested tool goalkeepers have.
Cognitive
Speed of processing, decision-making, concentration that lasts.
Vision
Building a clear career plan — and knowing which decisions serve it.
Lifestyle
Sleep, nutrition, mental hygiene. What happens off the pitch counts just as much.
Study and work
Balancing education or a job with a high level. The double skill set that makes careers last.
Fitting into the team
Understanding your place in the dressing room and your role within the group.
Leadership
Speaking up, guiding the defence, becoming someone the team recognises as a leader.
The 3 pillars
What makes the difference.
Three commitments we do not compromise on, and that set this programme apart from ordinary training.
Fully individual follow-up
One coach, for you, who knows your history, your strengths, your frustrations. Not a group, not a generic plan.
A whole-person approach
We work on the movement, the head, the body and the life. A goalkeeper is an entire project, not just a position.
Becoming aware
You take charge of your own progress. We stop telling you what to do: we show you how to see and decide for yourself.
Your tools
The same arsenal as the pros.
Video analysis, data, individual follow-up, matches broken down. The tools that separate a goalkeeper who senses his level… from one who measures it.

Video analysis
Every session filmed and broken down frame by frame. You see what the coach sees, and you understand what he sees.

Match analysis
Your club matches broken down every week. The good calls, the bad ones, and above all the options you never saw.

Data and statistics
xG, save percentage, positioning, successful distribution. The numbers that carry weight with professional scouts.

Lotus tracking
Your personal dashboard across the 12 dimensions. You see your progress, you set your targets, you steer your season.
A typical session
Every hour counts double.
No generic sessions. At this level every minute is set against your matches, your footage and your objectives for the quarter.
Before
Preparation built for you
You arrive with the footage from your last match. We have already identified the two or three areas we are going to dig into today.
Phase 1
Video analysis and briefing
Thirty minutes breaking down your game. No judgement: we look for patterns, decisions to correct, qualities to amplify.
Phase 2
Targeted technical work
The precise movements that came out of the analysis. No generic drill: we correct exactly what needed correcting.
Phase 3
Decision-making under pressure
Match scenarios rebuilt on the pitch. You train to decide under real pressure, not to repeat in a vacuum.
After
Data debrief and targets
Lotus dashboard updated, a plan for the week, drills to take away. You leave with a clear direction until the next session.
What you will gain
Results you can see.
No vague promises. Six concrete, measurable gains you carry into matches.
A technical step taken
The precise movements your game was missing, finally embedded and usable in a match.
Reading the game like a pro
You anticipate where you used to react. Defences lean on you, not the other way round.
Leadership you own
You speak up, you set your defence, you become a reference point. Coaches notice.
Data that carries weight
Concrete numbers on your level — to put in front of a club, an agent or a scout.
A solid head
You handle stress, mistakes and pressure. The difference between a good goalkeeper and a great one.
A long-term view
A clear plan, step by step, from where you are to where you want to go.
They have been there
They took the step.
Before Aureak I trained a lot. Since Aureak I train right. The difference is that today I know why I do each thing — and my game has moved to another level.

Goalkeeper, D2 ACFF
The video and data work is what really turned my season around. I signed for a higher club thanks to the numbers we had put together.
Mathieu D.
Goalkeeper, N1
Beyond the technical side, it is the whole project that stayed with me. Balancing study and football, the mental side, leadership. I feel like I built a complete goalkeeper.
