Parents, we hear you

Your child loves playing in goal.
And yet he is not moving forward.

Between 7 and 9 everything is decided. It is the age when a child falls in love with the position… or walks away from it for good.

Their coach does not work with the goalkeeperAt the club, the goalkeeper is often left to one side during team sessions.
Drills designed for adultsAn eight-year-old does not learn the way a fifteen-year-old does. Bad habits set in early.
No visible progressWith no markers and no follow-up, there is no way to know whether your child is really moving forward.
Motivation slowly draining awayA child who is bored or full of doubt ends up giving up the position — or worse, the game.

Our approach

A method built for his age.

At seven you do not learn by repeating. You learn by playing, by trying, by understanding why. Goal And Player rests on four principles we do not compromise on.

01

A Montessori approach

The child learns at their own pace, through experience. We do not correct: we accompany, we let them try, we celebrate every success.

02

Learning through play

Everything runs through games. Survivor-style challenges, a football version of Uno, mini-tasks, story circuits: the child plays first and improves without noticing.

03

Eight specialist workshops

Shooting, passing, gathering information, juggling, running, diving, playing with the feet, reading the game. A complete circuit built for ages 7 to 9.

04

A caring environment

Groups of eight children at most, a dedicated coach, zero pressure. Mistakes are part of learning, and we learn while laughing.

A typical session

One hour he will not forget.

Structured, playful, intense. Every session follows the same rhythm, to reassure the child while still surprising him.

01

00:00

Welcome and playful warm-up

Waking-up games, stories in motion, short races. The child enters the session through enjoyment.

02

00:15

Individual mini-games

Technical challenges dressed up as games: handling, coordination, movement skills. Every child at their own pace.

03

00:35

Group workshop

One of the eight workshops of the week. We work a precise theme inside a story (survivor challenge, treasure hunt, football Uno…).

04

00:55

Small-sided game and debrief

Putting it into a real situation, then looking back at what was learnt. The child goes home with a collectable card.

Character from the Goal And Player cards

Our signature

A card to take home.

After every session your child leaves with a unique illustrated card. A whole world built to extend the learning at home — and to turn the position into a real family ritual.

Learning that continues

Each card extends the session at home. The child relives what they learnt.

A playful dimension

A collectable game that turns training into a world of its own.

Shared with the family

Parents and children play together and talk about the position around the table.

Motivation and independence

The child takes charge of their own progress, proud of their collection.

What he will gain

Far more than a training session.

Six concrete gains your child will build across the season.

Technical skills

The fundamentals of the position embedded from the earliest age.

An overall view of the game

The child learns to read what is happening around them.

Tactical intelligence

Gathering information, choosing, anticipating. Not simply reacting.

Self-confidence

Every success is celebrated. Every mistake becomes a lesson.

Independence

They learn to prepare, to listen, to decide for themselves on the pitch.

The pleasure of learning

Enjoyment is the engine. A child who loves it comes back and improves.

In parents' words

They put their trust in us.

In three months we no longer recognise our son. He has gained confidence, he talks about his training at the dinner table, and his club has seen the difference.

Sarah D.

Mother of Léo, 8

What we love is that he comes running back to us after every session. He wants one thing only: to go back to the pitch. We never saw that at any other club.

Mehdi T.

Father of Rayan, 7

The cards at home are a gem. We play together on Sunday evenings and he explains back to me what he learnt. Excellent teaching.

Élodie M.

Mother of Tom, 9
