Integration before the session
45 minutes before team training
The Aureak coach prepares the goalkeeper through individual work: a specific warm-up, the technical theme of the day, targeted situations. The goalkeeper then joins the team perfectly warm and in the right frame of mind.

Integration during the session
Rotations built into team training
The Aureak coach joins the team session to rotate the workshops: while part of the group works on outfield technique, the goalkeeper moves to a specific workshop. All in rotation, with no disruption to the team.

Specialist sessions
Each session is built around a precise goalkeeping theme, aligned with the team's game plan and the needs of the moment.
Rotating workshops
The goalkeeper coach rotates with the workshops of the team session. Individual work never comes at the expense of the group — it is built into it.
Communication in action
The goalkeeper learns to organise the defence in a real situation. The link between goalkeeper and outfield players becomes a focus, not an accident.
The situations covered
6 match situations. All of them covered.
The six fundamental situations of the position, worked in rotation across the season and adapted to each team's level.
Shot stopping
Stance, dives, reflexes. The basic technical movement, corrected session after session.
One against one
Timing the exit, closing the angle, reading the striker's feet. Duels are won by reading.
Crosses
Coming out, punching, claiming. Authority in the area — running the eighteen-yard box.
Balls in behind
Reading the long ball, coming out quickly, restarting instantly. Becoming a sweeper-keeper.
Distribution
Playing with the feet or the hands, in two or three passes. The goalkeeper starts the team's attack.
Set pieces
Corners, free kicks, penalties. Every situation worked through communication with the defence.
Compatibility
5-, 8- or 11-a-side. We adapt.
Every age group has its own logic. We work with all of them, in the format that fits.
5-a-side
U6 — U9
Integration B+ only. A dedicated goalkeeper coach before team training, to introduce the position without disrupting the team's work.
8-a-side
U10 — U13
Integration B+ only. The pivotal age for embedding the goalkeeper's technical fundamentals within a reassuring club setting.
11-a-side
U14 and above
Full B+ and B− integration. This is where goalkeeper–defence communication becomes strategic — and we work it in live play.
